David leads our team of specialist recruitment and interim management consultants, delivering high quality permanent and interim assignments.

Tony has 22 years of national and international recruitment experience covering world-class manufacturing and industrial sectors, specialist sectors and search and selection management recruitment.

His special expertise is in the use of online recruitment and applicant tracking technology to improve the experience for candidates and clients during the recruitment process.

Charlotte manages marketing and client service for ADR International. She is based at our Wallingford office and her focus is on effectively and helpfully managing candidates through the application process.

Peter Hunt is a leading thinker in integrating business and procurement strategies.

Before joining ADR International he held senior positions with British Airways and Wang Computers in Brussels. With ADR International he has led many major procurement transformation initiatives including sourcing and supplier relationship management process redesign.

Peter has managed and advised on strategic outsourcing programmes, and designed and delivered global development projects incorporating blended learning and follow-on coaching to embed skills. He is a frequent contributor to business and procurement specific journals and is a member of CIPS in the UK. He holds a masters degree in business administration.
