Our Company - Overview
ADR recognises that a consultancy recommendation is meaningless unless it can be implemented. sTherefore our aim is to develop practical process maps and action plans for each assignment and actively support their implementation. sADR's role is to act as a change agent for the client.
We consider all of our consultancy assignments to be unique. sWe do not, therefore, impose a standard methodology or approach on clients, rather we seek to offer solutions that are integrated with the needs and culture of each client and which take account of their impact on the overall performance of the client's organization.
ADR's approach is to introduce a focused team of consultants, who may be drawn from any one of ADR's offices in order to ensure application of the most appropriate skills and knowledge for a given assignment.
The team is led by a managing consultant who is responsible for planning the assignment, maintaining a close working relationship with client management and who assumes the responsibility for the quality of the final results.
